ISU-I holds inauguration of new projects, facilities
On Monday, in pursuit of an inclusive and progressive learning environment, Isabela State University-City of Ilagan Campus (ISU-I) convened for the blessing and inauguration of the modern comfort room, LED, and concrete road.
These newly built infrastructures and projects are aimed at improving how various programs are celebrated, how transactions are operated, and how inclusion is fostered.
In his message, Prof. Boyet L. Batang, University President, urges all faculty, staff, and students to make use of the new facilities responsibly, especially with the newly-built modern comfort room.
In addition, Batang also emphasized the important functions these new infrastructures will provide to the institution's growth and progress.
"The modern CR reflects our respect for dignity and health, ensuring that every person has access to clean and safe facilities," said Batang.
"The LED wall lights shine us to safety and progress, brightening our pathways among others. And this concrete road paves the way—literally and figuratively—for smoother connections from one building to other, easier access, and stronger ties among campus faculty and staff of Isabela State University-Ilagan Campus," Batang added.
Furthermore, Cluster Executive Officer, Engr. Alfonso R. Simon expressed that these additional premises are primarily directed to students, ensuring that services catered to them are continuously improving and are aligned to their needs.
These newly inaugurated infrastructures, funded by the university's internally generated income, are fully operational, aiding in the efficient transaction of services and safe and clean facilities.
